Steinberg Padshop Pro in Ableton LIve 9 Suite

I have Padshop Pro, too. It stays in VST3 folder and I couldn't make it work with Ableton 9, since it doesn't have VST3 support.
How did you make it work from Ableton ?

I use PadShop Pro in Live 9 also and it works fine. The only thing that annoys me is that you can't drag samples from the Live Browser into the sample window of PadShop. It crashes Live.

I have not really an idea to your specific case, but could it be that there is also an AU?

That's what often solves the problem (if you are on Mac, that is...)

I'm on a Mac and I have to use the AU, because the VST doesn't show up. Ableton doesn't seem to be able to see Steinberg VST3 products, at least not on my mac anyway.

I've reinstalled PadShop and RetroLogue and this time for some reason it installed Audio Units version of it and it works fine now.
