hello everyone!
Im new to ableton and am just getting my feet wet.. so sorry in advance.
Is there a better/more efficient way of categorizing your sample libraries besides creating folders etc?
I noticed that theres a "rating" tab that you can add. .(and i think it automatically rates the samples based on your use.) But, you cant recall or organize by specific rating so this is not very helpful to me.
Some other daws allow you to rate different samples for easy and quick recall.. does ableton do anything like this??
I've just started to make folders with sounds from different sample sets/packs that i like.. I somehow feel this will be terribly time consuming(literally hundreds maybe thousand + of samples)..
Any advice would be much much appreciated!! thanks

I don't think there is anything like that currently implemented unfortunately. So you're stuck with the tedious job of organizing them with your own methods.
