Manual MIDI mapping questions

Hello,
I'm wondering is it possible to map Quantization to external controller. I mean option+U shortcut. Where can I map that in manual mappings or may be I need to to send particular CC?

Also is it possible to clear all notes from clip with external controller?

Quantization after recording. Edit -> Quantize. Keyboard shortcut is Command + U for Mac. I don't know how this button with flower is called.

Ahhh... Keyboard shortcuts i think is all you can do, to MIDI map it you'd need to either use CliphX or build a max4live device...
