VERY strange delay issue (certain tracks only)

Hi everybody!
I'm facing a very strange issue with delay in Live.
I have about 30 tracks in a project, and most of them will play fine, but select tracks are being played with delay!
Even within one Drum Rack: snare is playing fine, but kick - with delay!
Nothing extraordinary from the plugins - PSP VintageWarmer, some Waves stuff, some FabFilter stuff. Nothing on the master.
I use the same plugins in every project, but this issue appeared only in one of them (from 130+ projects).

I can't get my head around it... What's wrong?

You mean when you select a track you have a delay ?
What kind of delay, how long ?
