Issue Downloading "Loopmasters Mixtape" Pack

Hey, folks. New Ableton user here. I purchased 9.1.1 Suite a few days ago, and I love it. Can't keep off of it. Last night, while downloading as many packs as I could (one at a time) before having to hit the hay, I ran into an issue while downloading the Loopmasters Mixtape Live pack. At some point, while my computer was downloading the file (prior to actual installation into Live), the downloading ceased for no apparent reason. I thought that perhaps it was just taking bit longer than usual, so I left my computer on and connected to a power source overnight in case it really was just taking forever. But that wasn't the case, as the pack had my no progress downloading since I left the computer last night. I cancelled that particular download by moving it to the trash and attempted again to download the same pack from the Ableton website. After downloading, I attempted to install the pack, but after about a minute or so of being stuck at 0%, I received an error message in Ableton that reads as follows:

"The installation could not be completed.

/Users/(user)/Downloads/LoopsmastersMixtape_r29327_v9.0alp: Failed reading Pack File (This pack is corrupt.

The document
/Users/(user)/Downloads/LoopsmastersMixtape_r29327_v9.0alp:' is corrupt.

(Unknown Compound Stream Type)]"

I'm running Ableton Live 9.1.1 on OS X 10.7.5.

Any help is greatly appreciated. It's not urgent that I download this file as soon as possible, but I would like to be able to utilize every bit of this fantastic product that I paid for. Thanks!

Looking at some posts over the past couple of days there seems to be a general problem with downloads at the moment.

Contact support - make Ableton aware.

I'm having a similar problem trying to download Live 8.4.2 Exact same thing actually. Gets partway downloaded, then just cuts off. I hope they figure it out soon. I thought it might be related to Mavericks which I installed last night, but seems like you're getting it on an earlier OS.

I'd definitely be a bit more upset if I were unable to download Live itself. If I have any luck downloading my pack, I'll report back. Good luck.

I got an email from Ableton yesterday stating that the download issue off their website has been fixed. I can verify this as being true as I was finally able to download a sample pack I purchased.

So everyone try downloading again and I'm sure you'll be fine. I heard someone say that perhaps the Bitwig guys are trying to sabotage ableton in anticipation of their release... hmmmmmmm.....

Yeah, Ableton fixed the problem. I got an email too, and downloaded Suite and a bunch of Packs, etc. with no problem.
