i'm using live 9 standard.
when i created a beat and its playing i would like to be able to change the timing / the groove / the feeling in very tiny / subtle way. To work in a session or performance with it.
i would like to route something which is able to do small changes on one or two knobs, but all the elements i thought about are not "mapable".
one idea was, if i extracted a groove i could change the percentage of timing, quantize and random - but i didn't found a way to map this elements.
another idea was, if i work with a drum rack i could select all midinotes in the clip - or some of them - and set the grit to a very small amount. Using the two markers above the midi notes to strech or compress the selected notes. But i can't figure out how to map that two markers.
Another idea just came to my mind, but i didn't had the time to try it yet. Having two identical clips. Changing one in the timing / feeling and than set the first one on A and the other one on B from the crossfader. And than blend between them.
That version is makeable, but i asume a bit less spontaneous than i had it in mind.
If someone of you guys have a solution, i didn't thought about, or knows a way to realize one of my ideas, i would be very thankfull for an answer
