The best thing about Live 4 is that I never had to use the manual!

Can I suggest a quicker way to get an answer?

email [email protected]

They will give you a straight answer very quickly. They are very nice people. They have never sworn at me yet. It is in their interest to be nice to you cos you are one of their customers. Ask them if you can buy a manual or a boxed version and see what they say.

That was exactly what I did when things turned slightly nasty here at the friendly forum.

This is the official Ableton answer:

You can purchase the manual for 20 EUR + 6,90 shipping.

If you are interested please provide me* with your Live 5 serial number, your address
and your credit card details (card number, expiration date, CVV security code).

take it to a printers and get it printed for fucks sake and stop whining!

it'll cost you practically nothing

or try this > open the .pdf and hit print
The pages are sort of odd size, so I don't know about about how they'll print on a regular US letter size copier. And I don't know about where you are, but printing double sided letter page prints here at the shops that do that is VERY expensive...

This is what I did with v4...I wonder why so many people cry foul when it's so easy. Ask the Abletons and the answer shall come forth. ;)

BUT since I have the v4 manual and it's been used about 2 times I think I'll pass on the v5 manual...
