Triggering Midi-Parameter with Audio-Signal

Hi Everyone,

I'm looking for a special Kind of M4L-Plugin (I think the On Board Plugins from Ableton doesnt fit to me).

I want to trigger a midi parameter with an audio signal. But the special thing about it is, that I want to trigger the parameter with a bunch of frequences. For example:

The incomming lower frequencies (100hz-60hz) controlling one parameter, the incomming mid frequencies 110-500 hz) controlling another parameter etc...

Can anybody help?
