Control Reason knobs in rewire with Push

Hello,

I'm using Reason 7 in Rewire with Live 9 as master on OS X.
Can I control Reason knobs (e.g. combinator rotaries) with Ableton Push? I manage to send midi notes by using an external instrument, but can't find a way to send CC messages.
I've already read several threads on this topic but the only solution I found was to use max4live and I do not have it.

Perhaps this is just what you're looking for! PusheR just came out and it looks like it will fit the bill nicely for what you want to do.

Thanks, it does look interesting!
However, is there not a more generic solution? That would also work with my other controllers? I know I'm asking a lot, but it seems incredible to me that it's not a standard feature of Live somewhere.
