Master Tuning functions

Test-hearing the song at different keys is an important part of my production. When the song contains both MIDI & audio clips as it usually does, shifting the key instantaneously is quite difficult in the current version of AL. I tried mapping all of the audio clips' pitch sections & MIDI tracks' pitch effects to a single knob, but it didn't work -- e.g. a half-tone shift in some tracks would result in a whole-tone shift in the others.

Also some people including myself do A=432hz music, and we need a way to set a default fine-tuning for all the components within each song. (Propellerhead Reason has this function.)

I hope at least that the instruments (Operator, Drum Rack...) would have a master tuning section, like most other plugins do.
