You need to turn the snare up in the mix, son! :wink:

A solid mix and some good sounds, but the track doesn't really go anywhere, at least for my taste. Still better than anything I did as a newb. Keep crackin at it. :)

Thanks for the advice!! :D But .... can't turn up the snare--there isn't one!! LOL The drum track is kick and hats only. I guess that's why you couldn't hear it. Yeah, it's pretty minimalist. Like I said, total newb here, but having fun. I'll keep plugging away. And thanks for taking the time to listen!

i like this a lot. it grows on you... or at least on me. by the time it ended i didn't want it to end... did you play those bongos?


edit: oh schnapps! i got the more i was looking for when Elders and Deacons kicked in...
