Sending CC's from Push

So I have a question, I could use some advice where to start looking for some answers

I have a Moog Sub Phatty and Ableton Push, Playing the Sub phatty from the Push to awesome but I'd like to have the Macro knobs on the push to send CC's to change some of the "under the Hood" features

I take it I'm gonna need M4L?

I'd like to be able to send the fine coarse MIDI (0 - 1638.3) as oppose to (0 - 127)

Can anyone here point me in the right direction?

try whith Macro bat, is in the clyphx script and is free AND HAVE SYSEX SUPPORT!! this is realy greit
