Listen to track

How can i listen to a specific track in say eight tracks running - and i want to check a certain tracks contents without interrupting the song flow ?

You mean, like solo but only inside a group of tracks ? i would like to know as well.

You mean like cueing as in 15.6 Soloing and Cueing?

You need two independend pairs of stereo outs on your interface, the cue out must go go your headphones.
