Can one load a .asd file..I lost my song file

I lost or cannot find my song but have the .asd files and audio files to go with them..Can one load the .asd somehow to save time? I wish Live had a recent files in file menu so if you cannot remember what you saved as ..it would be in "recent files' list..like many apps have..

from what i understand about .asd files, they are only marker index files for live's use only.

they tell live what you did to your audio file once you brought it in and manipulated it.

there's not likely to be any audio in the .asd

it's just a marker and guide.
