Unable to render a mix on disk

I've done a 74 mn mix with 30 mp3s, various live fx. When i rendered it to disk the first time, the left channel was muted after 7 mns. The second time both channels were muted after a few minutes. It makes me sick, because it took 90 mns each time to render a file (P4 3.2Ghz!)
My mastering chain on master track is: PSP Vintage warmer, Waves L2.

Could it be the Waves plugin? althought i don't have any problem in Live 4.
I'm gonna try to render it without any external plugins and see...

it's happening to me 2 with the psp vintage warmer... doh.
