Installing a generic vst (sylenth). For some reason I can't get it to work right even with jBridge. I have been trying to record my screen to upload it to youtube to show what it's doing. Do you think you could help me out?

If you have the "genuine" Sylenth which you bought my suggestion is to get onto the Lenard Digital site and get the 64bit version of Sylenth (Yes there is a 64bit version available). No need to Jbridge.
