Does Push fill in the step sequencer if you play MIDI clip?

Hi everyone, quick question for those of you who have Push - does it load the notes from a MIDI clip into the step sequencer if you trigger the clip?

Basically, I'd like to prepare sequences in advance, play them live, and then meddle with them in the sequencer.

The notes on the step sequencer are a direct resemblance of those in a clip.

You'd just have to make sure that clip is 'selected'. Drum rack clips show a different layout then other midi clips. Beyond that it comes down to zooming type navigation.
