Live 9 Intro Pricing

Post by jcwillia » Tue Jun 10, 2014 3:17 pm

So why is it that when I sign in I can't see upgrade pricing for Live 9 Intro?

I had a Live 6 Lite license years ago but I would gladly deactivate that to move up to Live 9 Intro.

I've seen Live 9 Intro for as low as $65 out in the marketplace - would I be unable to activate that based on my Live 6 Lite status?

There is none and there never has been.

Any Lite and Intro license is a new additional license tree you can upgrade into Standard and Suite FROM.

There's a sale right now, only till Friday., Intro for 69$ straight from Ableton.

Maybe this is a question of ideology but why not just show the new price in that space?

Thanks for the sale news.

It does show it - after you have chosen "New License" in the dropdown.

I have only seen the sales anouncement myself, when looking for the USD-prices.
