As topic describes.
How do i find my old synth patches i made? It seems like they are not saved in the individual projects.

Are you sure you are using the latest version of FM8?

Yes.
I also just wiped my entire harddrive and updated to OS X Mavericks. Before i did that, i took a time machine backup of my entire machine, and made extra backups of every single live project folder. I am thinking that i might be able to go into timemachine, and find where the old fm8 patches are stored?

I don't know about Native Instruments synths, but the other 3rd party synths I use all store their presets in their own specified folders. So upgrading Live would not affect those.

Sorry if this isn't relevant for Mac, but do a search for nfm8 files. That's the extension for fm8 patches, at least on Win...

Hopefully that'll at least let you know where they're located so you can point FM8's database there.
