MIDI mapping of Noise Rate and Noise Crackle (Vocoder)

Hi there,

I have just discovered that the Noise Rate and Noise Crackle parameters that are controlled by the XY pad on the Vocoder, which appears when Noise is selected as Carrier, cannot be mapped to MIDI controllers. They are available in the automation lane parameter list (in fact that's the only place you'll see their names) and can be automated using envelope curves.

I find these two parameters nice tools for sound manipulation and would like to control them live.
