dont know what happened...Live wont open anymore

upgraded from 10.2.8 to 10.3.4 upgraded my pro tools to 6.4 and the core driver for my digi 001. pro tools works, reason, kontakt,peak,all my audio apps except for Live 5. i tried trashing prefs, changing the name to old prefrences,, re installing,verifying permissions,moving my VST plug in library, trying 4.1.a demo, Live just hangs on my dock then stops and never comes close to loading...no idea what this could be. would love some help, do i need to reinstall my OS? i would hate to deal with that all again..thanks
