BCR2000 Control V1.2 with video tutorials

Post by T0n1 » Fri Jul 11, 2014 11:46 am

As the topic "Ableton Live and BCR2000" came up lately here: I've just released version 1.2 of the BCR2000 Control M4L device set, now accompanied by a video tutorial in 6 parts:

http://www.maxforlive.com/library/devic ... 00-control
http://vimeo.com/t0n1/bcr2000control-1 (1-6)

As an alternative to remote scripts to control Live devices or plugins, it allows saving complex controller layouts as preset racks, morphing between device settings and recording/replaying control movements as MIDI clips.

Thank you for this thread. I'm sticking my flag right here in the ground for later reference...

I have both a BCR-2000 and a BCF-2000. Currently they sit above an old Korg Triton keyboard, mostly unused. But still fully functional, and even with Push, I'm always looking for new ways to use my old interfaces. :)
Desktop: Intel i7 hex-core, 64 GB ram, several SSDs, Focusrite Liquid 56, UAD-2.
Laptop: Alienware Area 51: Intel i9, 32 GB RAM, several more SSDs, UAD Apollo Twin.
Software: Win 10, Cubase, Live+Push2, Maschine, and more.
