Transposing Vocals and Sampler

I just transposed and Audio clip of a vocal to exactly how I want it but I also want to use the same transposed audio clip in sampler or sampler. How would I go about doing this? Would I have to transpose the vocal in simpler some how or is there I way I can use the audio clip I've already transposed?

Sorry if it's straight forward, I'm completely new to this and couldn't really find anything on exactly this problem.

Duplicate the track if you want to keep the original.

Right click the track -> "Freeze"
Right click the track -> "Flatten"

your clip is now forever transposed and you can drag and drop in Simpler.
