Include a photo of your Push in scene mode so they can see the color difference. They are using this information for quality control.

Where did you get that from?! A picture of color variations on a pad controller sounds pretty useless in finding out what the problem exactly is.

And I find it ridiculous that you have to jump through hoops to get this "tool". They messed up, they should at least make it easy for us to fix their mess somewhat.
Put it on the website or send it out to all Live user at the next software update and be done with it :x

I got that from Ableton tech support. I believe Ableton is trying to keep track of the number of customers/units that have an issue. You can ask them when you email them.

I don't think that emailing tech support is jumping through hoops. In the time it took you to type your reply, you could have written Ableton, received the RGB tool, and calibrated your Push. I'm surprised you have the energy to create music.

Yeah but it would still be easier if the tool was just freely downloadable from the website.
Are there any Push's which don't suffer from this problem? I have access to a very early model and a late model and both are bad so it does not appear as if anything has been done to correct this problem. Also, it can be difficult to see how bad they are from a photograph.
