I don't even get the "robotized" argument, you really must hate Techno then, huh?!

Sorry, NOT P O S S I B L E :x

Anyways, I was just questioning this particular critizism of it being particularly robotized music, especially compared to so many things that followed. (like Techno)
To me it looks like someone didn't like their tracks, saw their visual presentation, and ran with it :?

For the record: They don't do all that much for me either, besides awesome tracks like Radioactivity, which gives me the shivers, I find them often quite boring.
But I didn't feel the need to make an argument out of that fact, negating their influence, by calling them untalented rich-kids, who just happened to be the only people who could afford the equipment at the time.

Honestly I think Ableton is one of the best out there. if not the best. It has to be when its taught in major music schools around the world. I don't see FL in schools. A lot of the DAWs out now has copied a lot from ableton.

Thanks for sharing then ;-)

Did you know that you'll find even more posts made today on some forum stating that the world is 6000 years old?!
They must be on to something, if they are that many, right?!

And the "Only one hit in England" comment, pretty much confirms my thoughts on how serious to take your opinions...

Creationism is hardly specific compared to disliking kraftwerk.
I am acknowledging the other coincidental forum post is uncanny.
There's also the possibility that poster read this thread and was inspired to share his simar distaste in that thread.
I never got into Kraftwerk but I do like The Glass Candy version of Computer Love
And Senor Coconut's version of Showroom Dummies.

If anything would have been needed to make it clearer that you are just some teenage fool, who mistakes his opinions for truth, then the constantly spelled out lols, certainly drove it home  <---That's how you lol btw ;-)

And the comment about how serious to take your opinions, was related to you somehow thinking that having a number 1 hit in the UK and being influential with your music are in any way related. That judgment stands.

I mean really, we all have our tastes. Tastes are like blinders you wear when you judge something. They help us identify more things we like quicker. The fallacy only begins when you mistake these blinders for perspective and the conclusions you draw when looking through them as some gospel truth you desperately need generalize from and to prosylize.

And then finding some kind of confidence boost in some other random dude somewhere on some forum agreeing with you, just makes this really, really comical
