live 4 free upgrade to 5?

if i buy a boxed copy of ableton 4 today, do i get a free upgrade to 5?

because i want to have access to the latest, stable version of 4 while they iron out things with 5, and the store i want to buy from doesn't have 5 in stock yet.

angstrom are you sure this is the case? seems a bit stupid that you got a free upgrade for a limited time...
