Push and Bomes MT

Post by simplemusic » Sun Jan 05, 2014 8:15 pm

Is anyone using BOMES midi translator with Push? IS the set-up the same as for the APC40? Any tips?

Did you get anywhere with using MT and Push. I too want to use it but cannot see how (apart from in user mode)

Sorry, I cannot add anything useful to this thread, but I could not resist the urge to tell you that you're talking to yourself here. You've responded to one of your own posts from four months ago.

I find this incredibly amusing, and I'm going to go for a stroll in Edinburgh inspired by this.

Good luck with Bomes though :)

I use Bomes for all my controllers (brilliant piece of software) but I doubt you will be able to hook into the actual "Ableton Push" interface as I do not believe this is an open MIDI connection. The MIDI port created for Push is only for User Mode which is where you would control. The Push interface with Live is more than just MIDI events so I doubt you would be able to channel that through Bome.
