Yep I'd agree their would be more Mac users with Live here IMHO.
Though this place is way cooler than many forums with more people concerned about the common software we use than the platform we work on

Which says alot for how good LIVE is and how well adjusted we LIVE users are as a community (patt's all Live user's on the back).
If I had the money I'd love a Mac just for Metasynth myself.
Still think they're the sexiest looking computers out there.
Vaio run a close second.
Prices in Oz are just too steep Mac wise

Though the iMac is very well priced IMHO.
I'll be interested to see MacIntel performance and lappy prices.
I just may swap teams when I can finally afford a new PC upgrade in a year or two.
I've got a seperate saving's account - I can only afford to put $15 aside each week but it should add up over the next 2 years.
So at least my timing will be just right.

Not really once you get all your drivers set up correctly - Macs are a little more musician friendly out of the box. (Personally I think the talk about instability of PCs is bullshit)
The main difference is in higher end laptops where PCs offer far more performance, but that will change in a year or so. A high end desktop Mac is also probably a bit more expensive than a high en PC.
