Extremely strange behaviour of Live 9!

Hi Guys,
Just wondered if anyone was having simplar issues with live 9 to me: I've had it since release and it all up to date but there's a couple of weird things happening.
1. If using Abletons native reverb on a send it will occasionally blash (and I mean BLAST) whit noise out of the speakers until it is turned off and on again

2. haha, sorry, your picture is hilarious. it looks like DC offset to me. What's producing the sound ? Are you using a "utility" audio effect ?
