Use port 1 on the midi setup for Remote Control (mackie control mode) and use the device type of Mackie Control. The interface can be used as a pluggin or a stand alone. You can run 16channels of Mlan to the o1x from Live, and mix the alongside of the audio ins in the o1x, just like the 8 channel inputs, compression eq, sends etc.
What part of belgium are you, I've played a bunch of times in Ghent and Antwerp ----Montuno Vibes,Deca Dance etc............Love it there ... bring on the Duval,Leffe(blonde/bruin),Stella and Chimays!!!
Thanks man, that was the reply I was looking for!!!
So if I understand correctly, you can redirect 16 outputs from the computer (e.g. Live) which contains let's say individual softsynth signals, impulse tracks etc, combine them with the audio of my HW synths and render all that back thru the 01x, EQ'ed and all to a master track in Live?
Sounds almost mythical!! Damn, I have to check this desk out!
What's the deal with the Port 4 vs. Port 1 thing?
Can you use the EQ VST plugin with channel settings in Live? I haven't tried VST's yet in Live apart from the internal instruments, so if this is a silly question don't shoot me
I'm from Steendorp, it's very close to Antwerp (17 minute drive) and I work in Antwerp

I also know Deca Dance by name when I worked in Ghent
I see you know your beers...
