Diverse Sample Packs?

I'm looking for cheap/free sample packs that have some diversity. I want to experiment with multiple genres that are reasonably similar (Trap, Dubstep, Electro, etc.) and I can only find $100 Vengeance dubstep packs and stuff like that. Are there any solid reliable resources besides stuff like vengeance, loopmasters, etc. and all that expensive stuff? Thanks.

The drums for the genres you list can be built largely just from layering and processing 808 and 909 or similar drum machine samples.

The rest sort of depends, are you looking for loops and beats? bass sounds? synths? fx? because a lot of that you can (imo should) build yourself
