Chicken/egg problem with Live2 upgrade..

hi

is anyone having this problem:

trying to download the free upgrade but not being allowed because the Live2 serial has not yet been unlocked - but being unable to unlock the serial because you need the challenge code which Live2 gives you, which you haven't got because you haven't got Live2 yet.. (and so on)

does anyone know what I'm doing wrong here?

(i am trying to get live from the 'free update' section of Products/Downloads)
