Awesome! is this going to be part of the poetry reading thing?
Yes, if she likes it.
Now I have presented your "clocken" for her and she likes that a lot too, so maybe we will be sharing space at the reading, if you don't mind!

4 tracks done in v4.14, "mastered" in Audacity. Guitars and bass recorded through a Behringer UB802, drums from Impulse and loops. Little bit of Simpler here and there and voila.....

Here's one, fresh from Ableton. Everything recorded by me, no samples.

I also run a web site and would love some new artists, so if you're interested; www.AnimaRecordings.com

Eclectic mix done in Live

Post by djdinyr » Thu Aug 25, 2005 7:25 pm

I have a mix posted here that was done in Live: http://members.dslextreme.com/users/deanr/
It spans a pretty broad spectrum of the electronic dance music universe: house, techno, breaks, broken beat, idm.

All original tracks produced in Reason, and mastered in SoundForge. Mix produced using Live and the Evolution X-Session midi controller, with a few Live effects thrown in. It's in mp3 format and broken up into two parts for faster download times.

Very nice man, I like the whole 'old skool electro' feeling about the track. What equipment you using, any hardware synths?
Where did you get the awesome drum kit samples... they sound ace, compared to the standard stuff :D

PM me sometimes, i'd be interested to talk about it

Everything comes from hardware; OSCar, Clavia Nord Lead 3 and a JoMoX SunSyn. Drums are either recorded or synth then highly treated.
