How to record fixed length of midi notes?

Post by Hell_Fire84 » Sat Nov 08, 2014 12:36 pm

Hi,

This question is regarding recording midi notes with Ableton Push. I like to know if there is a way to srecord the notes automatically to a certain strict length instead of just random lengths that depend on how long its being held. I find that I often have to go back to the piano key to align all the notes manually myself.

Thank you.

Its says a lot about drum machine which I already know but I can't seem to find the information regarding recording notes for a chord. Maybe I missed the information but can someone point me to the right direction cause I'm pretty sure 498 doesn't talk about live recording for chords.
