My buddy has been trying to get me to watch this for years. Tonight I had planned on starting season 1....... Not anymore.. Thanks!beats me wrote:I thought Boardwalk Empire’s ending was satisfying, although highly predictable that they killed Nucky. Personally I think they should have let him walk away a defeated man. The whole “kill off main characters” formula is getting a little stale.
Doubt it will happen, but it would be great if they started a new series based on The Commission or even Capone sliding into insanity in Alcatraz.

Starz will be airing an Evil Dead series in 2015. Sam Raimi and Bruce Campbell both involved.
Sorry if that spoiled anything for anybody on here.

Re: T.V.
so back on the subject of Continuum... at least partly. i finished watching Sons of Anarchy on Netflix the other day... (i don't know how i got sucked into that show, but it keeps getting better and this was the best season yet)... and since i needed something to watch i decided to give The 100 a go. i'm intrigued for now... but back to the point; there were at least 2 actors from Continuum in this new series.
one is the stepbrother who gets duped into blowing up the building with a fake bomb and turns out to be some mastermind of the future - Julian something. the other is the asian dude who got killed as one of Liber8 and then comes back as one of The Freelancers. i think these B actors usually only do one show at a time so the fact that two got new jobs and at least one is integral to the main plot, does not bode well.

Re: T.V.
Finally finished Continuum, overall it was just ok for me. Season 1 was a throw away, you can skip everything except the first and last episodes and understand what's going on. Season 2 was a lot better and started to get more intriguing, but it ended up all sorts of crazy and confused and unbelieveable by Season 3. Too many plots within plots for a 40 minute show to really pull off each week.
Some neat ideas for a sci-fi show, but too inconsistant overall. Glad I finished it though.

Peaky Blinders on Netflix
2 Seasons of 6 episodes each. Not sure if that is it because I’m not up to current yet.
The first season wasn’t mind blowing but it kept my attention, took me a couple weeks to watch all 6. The end of the last episode was

Peaky Blinders is fantastic and the use of Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds' RED RIGHT HAND for the opening and closing is nothing short of GENIUS.
