editing less than one beat

I want to be able to edit less than the one beat that ableton seems to be set for. I set quantize to zero beats, but still see those one beat lines appear.

Quantize is for launch, i think you want to adjust grid?
Right click on timeline & set grid to 1/4-8-16-32 or off.

Or to get finer steps double tempo for 1/64. double again for 1/128th.
