OSX 10.10.1 locks up Push in note mode

Hello all.

I upgraded to OSX 10.10.1 a few days ago and I'm locked in note mode on Push with no other buttons working. I've contacted support already and sent them a crash log but have not received a response as of yet. Has this happened to anyone else? Also My Apogee Duet keeps muting itself spontaneously as well!. Live itself works fine, The Push is running nK PXT-General for Logic perfectly so I know nothing is wrong with my Push. Anyone else have 10.10.1 issues?
