seperate launch quantization for starting and stopping clips

i'd like to start clips with 1 bar quantization, but i'd like to stop them with no quantization (stop them immediately)

that's it.

For this reason I make "stoppa clips" that are silent, short clips with their launch quantization set to 16ths, and put them in the same track to kill any playing clips.

i'd still like the feature as i prefer using the toggle launch mode, but yours is a nice workaround.
