Live 5.0.1 Freeze function excludes first note(s)

I'm not sure if anybody reported this, but I did'nt find any thread about this problem:

I've noticed that sometimes the freeze-function exclude the first note(s) of a midi clip.
In other words.. The first chord in a midi-clip won't produce any sound when the clip is frozen.

I've noticed this problem when using live 5 together with the Korg Legacy Collection VST. I'm not 100% sure if the problem is specific for the combination Live + Korg Legacy Collection, but it sure is annoying :)
