Hi all,
I apologize if this has been asked before (I scrolled through a few pages of search, I know there are a lot of topics here). But I've been googling and reading the Akai manual and banging my head against the wall for the last hour.
I know how to create custom midi mappings in Live (cmd + M), but my understanding is that becomes "global" for that controller and your set.
What I'm trying to do, for example, is if I have a handful of different softsynth midi tracks (e.g., Operator, Prophet) then when I engage that track in Live it will either automatically trigger a new custom midi mapping I've created for that instrument, or at least allow me to somehow call up a new Preset using the LED controls on the MPK49 itself.
Does the MPK49 and Live work together in this way?
Thanks!
Newbie MPK49 - scrolling through midi mappings in same set?
