SAVE AS MP3 in Live 5

Post by mikemusicked » Thu Aug 25, 2005 7:12 pm

Still working with Live 4.1.3. I'll let you folks work out the bugs before I upgrade. I finish about 200 tracks a week and don't have time for bugs.

Question

I know you can import MP3 files. Is MP3 a save as option in LIVE 5?

If so, I may have to get it soooner than planned.

Thanks for your help.

to make it short: no. Sorry about that.
BTW, 200 tracks a week, you're talking of warping or producing ????

Thanks Amo!! (especially for the quick reply)

Produce/Arrange/Mix

Typically 1-2 minute play-alongs

I've done this for 20 years so I can turn out high quality tracks fast in any style

No time for writers block or overthinking parts here

Ahhhh let me revise

Each track has:

- background with melody
- background no/melody
- MIDI no melody

Some is transposing a track to different keys, but I've found it's better to record individual parts in each key I need rather than warp. No artifacts that way, cleaner sound-especially on real instrument type sounds from the Motif (Guitars, Piano etc.)

So that does cut down on the number of "unique tracks" per week...
