stuttering and glitches....Live 4.1.1 - HELP!

Greetings Users,

I am currently using LIve 4.1.1 on my Apple PB 1.5ghz w/ 1.5gb Ram running Tiger.
I am getting some glitches/stutters when running up to 6 stereo audio tracks.
I have a few FX running in the sends including supatrigga, LiveCut, PingPong Delay, Reverb. I am using a combination of 16 and 24 bit aiff and wav files.
Also have M-Audio Firewire Audiophile.

any ideas?

btw, CPU runs around 40 to 50%.
I have 6 sends w/ one effect on each.

have you tried installing 4.1.4?
