Did you know it's possible to kill the Windows Key?

I'm posting this because I have suffered from getting an unwanted Windows Menu for decades without realizing this @#$% Windows Key function can actually be killed.

You know the story: with hands on MIDI keyboards, wanting to start/stop Live one hits the Spacebar without even looking at the QWERTY. Because one touched the Windows Key, pronto, an unwanted Windows Menu that blocks Live. The flow is lost, interaction blocked, it's "still-without-looking-slam-the-QWERTY-hard-with-the-whole-palm-to-hopefully-hit-the-key-too-that-nukes-the-Windows-Menu-out-of-the-way" ("and-if-it-doesn't-at-least-the-frustration-got-vented") time.

I just discovered today that Microsoft has a FixIt that kills this nasty, nasty Windows Menu popup here. Mentioning this should be one Page 1 of every DAW's manual. If everyone knew this already except me, sorry then.

Take a flat head screw driver and pull it off. You can always click the start menu to get the same action.

Hell yeah! This is one of the biggest pain in the asses ever! Especially since its right next to keys we use all the time!

Now if I just find a way to nuke that never-used Live feature too that turns everything to barf yellow and makes me loose my selection when I click the (wrong) top area to play from bar X in Arrangement, I'll be all set
