awesome device, im just giving it a play in the demo mode, its the kind of device that makes me think maybee i will get max 4 live some time.

yeah, mfl is really fun and adds some really cool features, at this point i would say that if i didnt know max at all, and wasnt able to tweak existing stuff around as well as build my own things, it would not be as useful. but im sure in the near future, there will be tons of great devices to use, so stay tuned.

seriously though..
from 'clip envelopes' we've gotten to more modulation devices than we could handle..that's pretty neat !

I only gripe with m4l 'mod devices'
..is that the actual control modulated is being "blocked" for any other automation or control..blue hand etc. on the actual device..
a la rack-macros..(which are also a bit funny acting..in relation to preset changing for instance)
so it's not modulation but rather automation..being moved into a max device..
which isn't the case for 'clip envelopes'.. ie the proper way of modulation..
if only they had 0-100% for each clip envelope...that's all they had to do..hhhmph
but I digress..

I've been playing around with this, and can't seem to get it working with quite a few devices. It finds the devices, but the parameter drop down is always blank, for whatever device I select. Any idea about this? Am I using it wrong?

This is for shipped ableton plugins like autofilter, glue compressor, etc. as well as other M4L devices. Just doesn't find anything.

Do I need to assign it somehow?
