downloadable version of live 2

hello,
i just this afternoon purchased the downloadable version of live 2 (the upgrade from 1.5) and completed my order and received a confirmation, but never a serial number for 2 or a link to download it. so it basically appears that i authorized ableton to take $69 from my credit card for no reason.

is there something that i missed?

Send a mail to Ableton, describe your problem and you will get help. My experience is that they are very helpfull in these matters.
