...hi there - just a quick YES or No will be a great help on this one - atleast i wouldn't be waisting my time any longer :)

You know how great the BCF2000 is with Reason!!! Well is it possible to have this same funcionality whilst re-wired thro live? I get a message saying midi channel in use (by live presumably) when trying to get Reason to see the BCF - so i tried disabling it in live but still no response in Reason.

Ideally i'd like to switch between live & Reason (in re-wire mode) and have the BCF control both??

Ofcourse if you feel like expanding on the yes or no that would be really cool!

I've never gotten that to work for me so I guess ...no would be the answer.

I use Live MIDI for controllers.

Is ist Reason 3 ? If you uncheck the controller under Remote, it is all Live`s when checked it is all Reason. However even then you can control the transport, in fact it is even better since Live does not have FF, RWD buttons.
