Alesis DM-10 & Ableton Drum Rack Midi-Mapping

Since I wanted to trigger Live's Drum Rack with my Alesis DM-10 Midi-Drumkit, I was seaching for a list with the correct Midi-Mapping to do so. I found nothing out there so I did it myself. If someone else needs such a list here it is:

I just bought my Alesis DM10 and I am very new to Ableton. Can anybody point me to a good tutorial on the steps to use this cheat sheet to map my drum set in Ableton? I've been searching the internet for a couple of hours and I'm struggling...
