I figured it out! Put an external effect plug in on your master and rout the input of your summing mixer to it while mixing. You can put all of your 2 bus processing directly on your master. Then when you're ready to print move your 2 bus processing to a 2 bus ( I call mine "sauce") and then rout the output of sauce to a print track!
