First tracks: ambient beats

I just finished my first two tracks, please take a listen. I started with Ableton for about 4-5 months now. I'm using a lot of old record samples, sampler, reworked breaks, Rhodes and other synths, MPC and Maschine drumming, and Monome. I'm very into Four Tet, Flying Lotus, Eno, some hip hop, and Aphex Twin.

Sketch 1 is pretty dope it was hard for me to follow the main kick and snare though a little off for my taste but that's just me, but the vibe u created was dope.

Thanks Joey, I did the kick and snare with an MPD and no quantizing or metronome. I think you're right could use a little tightening up... And probably also a base track. Do you have a soundcloud?
