Faders for Ableton Push

Hi,

I just got a Push in the summer sale - fun so far but still learning the layout.

Just wondering if I can link faders from an external midi controller to the encoder pots on Ableton Push so that they can control the same thing which is currently selected in the encoder view

Adjusting volumne with pots does not feel the same as using faders

Was thinking of putting my midi fader unit above Push's LCD screen so i can see what i am changing, but instead of tweaking a knob, i can use a fader where more appropriate

If you don't lock a controller to a particular effects they will follow what the Push is focused on...

Look at the LaunchControl XL or the Akai Midi Mix as a couple of ideas...

If you have Maxforlive you can even sync the two controllers together so you get volume faders that move with the Pushes red box...
